BetMGM Sportsbook First Bet Offer

My BetMGM App Experience

I was impressed with the BetMGM Sportsbook app. First, to download the app, all you have to do is enter the App Store on your iOS device if you are using an iPhone or iPad. Please note, you can also download the app for Android devices.

While the BetMGM app has a simplified layout compared to its competition, it is extremely user-friendly and easy to navigate through the platform. Similar to the desktop version, your log-in buttons, as well as the help and contact button, are at the top right of the screen.

Immediately below, you will see all of the markets that you can wager on. Then, you will see BetMGM’s featured props, boosts, and wagering options for that day.

As you navigate through the app, you will notice something called a “Parlay Generator." This feature allows the user to hit a button and let BetMGM build a parlay for them, quick-pick lottery style. Once built, the user has the option to fully customize the parlay.

While the desktop version has its media screen slated at the top right, you must go into an event to find the live streaming option on the app.

At the bottom of the home screen of the app, you will see a “Games You Might Like" section. This is where you can access BetMGM’s online casino.

Don’t forget to check your daily promotions either because BetMGM has a ton of them.

These are found back at the top in the event’s navigation bar. You will also see a button to go to your bet slip here too.

Placing a bet is easy. Once you find a sport, event, or market that you want to place a wager on, you click on it and it will show you all of the betting options that are available. Obviously, it will open with the traditional betting options. However, if you click around, you may find props, futures and so much more, depending on the event.

There’s very little to complain about when it comes to the BetMGM app. It is simple and user-friendly. When I am placing a wager, I rather not have the frills that could slow down my experience, especially if I am in a time crunch and want to get a bet in before the game locks or a line changes.

Should You Bet at MGM Sportsbook?

If you have never tried the BetMGM Sportsbook, then you may be missing out. Not only because of their terrific promotions, but also due to their simple and easy, user-friendly experience.

While I am not a fan of BetMGM’s customer service, it is one small complaint amidst a great platform backed by some of the online gaming industry’s most trusted partners that include MGM Resorts and the Borgata Casino in New Jersey.

If you’re like me, then you will love BetMGM’s parlay features. Not all sportsbooks offer single-game parlays, but BetMGM does.

I also love the idea of BetMGM’s quick-pick style parlay generator and the simplified layout of their fully customizable Easy Parly feature discussed earlier. I know that parlays can be difficult to hit and BetMGM knows that too, which is why they have you covered with different parlay promotions such as parlay insurance on selected markets.

Although you may have to click and dig to find BetMGM’s betting options, that doesn’t mean they don’t have them. In fact, BetMGM has some of the deepest NFL Futures I have seen and I’ve been all over them.

I am also warming up to BetMGM’s live-streaming feature. While they are not the only sportsbook to feature live-streaming, it does have one of the better layouts for it compared to some of its smaller competitors.

I would highly recommend you taking the BetMGM Sportsbook for a spin and taking advantage of their latest offer, which includes a “Bet $5, Get $150" promo. At worst, if you don’t like it, you can simply cash out. It is, however, worth a shot, if for only one go-around.

Customer Service

You can find BetMGM’s customer service tab at the top of the page on the right-hand side next to the log-in button. However, if you are logged in already, you must go into your “account" tab to find the “support" button.

While BetMGM does offer a customer service center, it is difficult to find. Normally, they direct you to a help center and try to troubleshoot your issues via their FAQs section or the website.

When I click on the 24/7 Customer Service “contact us" tab, it redirects me back to that FAQs section and the help center. Right back to square one.

I googled BetMGM Sportsbook’s contact number. I proceeded to dial 609-248-9531. After a long pause, the answering machine said that their phone support was not available at the moment.
